This beginner program integrates sport and self defense techniques with conditioning and skill-oriented games. Our goal is to provide a fun and informative class aimed at improving your child’s motor skills, agility and flexibility. Younger children will learn balance, coordination, and the proper time and place for martial arts training. Older kids will learn the fundamentals and techniques that will serve as a bridge for the adult classes.
